It was indeed a great experience
to be the part of EPGBM01.I could really learn
and understood for what I had joined the course.
I am from sales domain for last almost 18 years
and it was needed to understand other rolls of
management as well without really opting for job
rotation.
This course has given me true
insight of global business as most of the time
in my company I work with foreign affiliate. As
I am working in a very good MNC, I could relate
my learning of” IIMC” with my personal
experience and it was really fun.
I enjoyed thoroughly my campus
visit it was a different experience, of course
after two decades. I wish we can really increase
the number of days for campus visit or we should
utilize complete 6 days for campus purpose.

Hello,
I am writining this email to let you know how
useful this course was to me. Before joining this
course i was working in a standard BPO setup with
Night shifts, I was an ordinary team member with
no extra knowledge about management than what
i had seen in the day to day activities, this
course really gave me the edge that i needed to
grow in my carreer. Eventhough its not an MBA
or for that matter, the most comprehensive course
about management available in the market, it has
given me the neccassary knowledge and skill sets
that is required in doing day to day managerial
activities. It also equips you to grasp more of
what is going in today's corporate world.
Mid way through the course i came across, through
external sources, about a really challenging and
lucrative position in the world's leading information
company. I had only 2 1/2 years of total experience
and i was sure that they would not even consider

100% hike in my salary and now i manage the performance

as I was finishing prog (thanks to yr Mercury
center in Gurgaon) I got an opportunity in Arvind
Brands (ARROW Division). This was a remarkable
change Since my career was mainly into operations
at the back end & I got a new opportunity
to set up an ARROW suits project
Based on outsourcing model & to manage all
areas of business. I’m the category head
for Arrow Suits Division & this itself is
a major turning point in my career. Apart from
professional Changes that EGMP introduced there
was more of a "lifestyle Difference"
that I came across. Personally one feels rejuvenated
& Emotionally there's lot of contentment as
if some vacuum Space in life got filled. Thought
process becomes more focused & Enriched. Also
the kind of networking that this course provides
Is incomparable. Today I’m a member in alumni
& It is as good as 1500 members till date.
This all happened in Just 2 yrs. I’ve tried
